The village is built on the hillside, close to rice fields sculpted in mountain.
They also grow coffee, and other crops, corn is very famous.
They sun dry the rice and the coffee on big carpet spread in front of their house.
The villagers welcomed us in their traditional dresses and invited us for a custom dance. The ladies wear a shawl around the neck and spread it out like the wings of a bird and in the rhythm of the music simulate the fly of an eagle.
Then they come to you, pass the shawl and it’s your time to fly, until you pass it to the next one.
After the dance we got a speech from the mayor translated by Vinsen, than we got a snack, with a cup of coffee locally grown.
Then it was time to take leave of them and join the bus for another adventure.
